Join us for a day of drumming, dancing and merry making!
Cost: a hug when you arrive!
2pm: Arrivals
3pm; King of the May Games
4pm: Crowning of the May King and Queen
5pm: Maypole Dance
7pm: Feast
8pm -midnight: Drumming and Dancing
Midnight - morning: quiet drumming and acoustic guitars
If it’s warm enough everyone is welcome to camp out. If not we can squeeze people in the house.
Children are welcome, but there will be blatant drinking, smoking and adult behaviour.
Friendly dogs are welcome (outside only)
Please bring:
A potluck feast item to share
Ribbon for the Maypole (I forget how much, I'll tell ya later)
Drums and other musical instruments
Appropriate clothing for a Beltane Celebration! Don’t be afraid to pull out the finery! (Fellas please remember you will be competing in May King Contest)
Camping Gear
Any special drinks you want
Guests are welcome, please just let us know so we are prepared.
